Drop-in classes

During the whole year, but most in the summer, we have a variety of daily drop-in classes.

Tai Chi. Slow but exact circular motions in a constant flow that lead to peaceful body awareness. With Vasilis Savvas.

Qigong. A harmonic, therapeutical combination of breathing and movement that energises our whole system of body and mind. With Vasilis Savvas

Yoga. Various styles of yoga with different teachers all the year. From June to September a richer program, with classes every day, with our guest teachers presenting their personal style from different yoga schools such as Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha Vinyasa (flow).

Meditation. Sitting in mindfulness or moving with kundalini meditation. With Karin Oscarson.

Astro nights. Get a glimpse of the vast Universe of Aegiali by night... Theory and observation. With Vasilis Savvas

Stretching. A flowing work-out that stretches muscles and joints for flexibility, balance and strength in the whole body. With Karin Oscarson

NIA. A personal growth mind-body-fitness program wich concentrates on kinesthetic dance/movement patterns. It is a "living system" that works with a diverse blend of Eastern and Western movements including martial arts, dance, and body-integration therapies. NIA stands for "Neuromuscular Integrative Action". With Sol Morejon Schmitz.
